Job Description: Position for a passionate, self-motivated individual to lead a team of similar minded people in working with youth and their families in Woodstock, ON and surrounding area. Candidate must have good communication skills and demonstrate leadership qualities, supervisory and team building capabilities, the ability to vision cast and bring others along. Active participation in area youth networks and the ability to relate to the churched and non-churched population is a necessity. Related education and a proven track record in leadership and youth work is very important. The salary of this staff position is determined on a scale based on education and experience and is partially funded on a missionary basis – requiring the gathering of a personal support team.
